LGBT - Need some opinions on an idea, pretty please?
Ok so I recently checked out the lesbian scene here in Paris and although there are plenty of beautiful women, none of them seem to be single or already had their own group of friends 
Clubbing is not my thing either, so I'm trying to find alternative ways of meeting people, or at least letting myself be spotted. It seems though that to do that you have to be really obvious (like wearing something) and that doesn't really suit my character :/ Eventually I'd like to volunteer for the LGBT community here as a way to make friends, but my French is not up to scratch yet.
So here's the idea - I take public transportation everyday and I always have a book to read. What do you think about using a rainbow bookmark? Would it be way too subtle or just plain tacky?
Sounds like a good idea to me...slight, but noticeable enough to any one who is interested
